About Us

25+ years of experience delivering new property has allowed us to bring The Platinum Range of SDA compliant homes to the market. Offering new homes that have been uniquely designed for those who require High Physical Support seeking independent, secure and easy living. We have teamed up with experts in the disability housing and assistive technology industries to ensure a complete product offering for our SDA Smart Home clients.

Our years of Property Management experience allows us to provide a complete service offering to our tenants - not only supplying the home, but helping to keep it in good working order after the fact. We understand the unique intricacies that come with managing an SDA property with multiple tenants.

Since 2019, our team has been successfully delivering NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Certified, High Physical Support 'Smart Homes' across South East Queensland. In May 2020, we were officially welcomed by the NDIS as a Registered Specialist Disability Accommodation Provider (ID #4050071176).

Now partnering exclusively with 'The Disability Housing Centre' we have signed Collaboration Agreements with a multitude of quality SIL Providers (who provide the care in the home) and leases with individual tenants who are living in and loving their new SDA Smart Home.
