On-going Accommodation Support

Your dedicated Property Manager will be able to assist you with any maintenance issues in the home or with the technology package. Some issues will be considered an emergency and we recommend you contact the Property Manager by phone immediately. For example if there is a major water leak, issue with the hot water service or malfunction with your assistive technology. 

Please note your Property Manager cannot assist with medical emergencies. Please contact 000 in these cases.
