Once we have confirmed your NDIS plan has been accepted and funding has been approved we will ask you to complete a standard tenancy application form.

This is a standard market tenancy agreement that all parties who rent a property across Australia are required to complete. It will ensure a stable home for you, as well as protect your rights as a tenant. Certain details of the tenancy agreement can be adjusted as needed, so you are comfortable (keep in mind both parties- the tenant & the property owner need to agree to changes).

The tenancy application will be sent to the owner of the home for acceptance. Once we have the final ok- you are on track to move into your new SDA compliant home!
