All SDA Smart Homes are new builds. This does mean there will be a waiting period while construction is completed before you can begin living in the property.

While we try our best to keep the waiting period as short as possible, please allow up to 6 months between construction commencing (once the owner of the property has approved the build) and you being able to move in.

We are constantly looking at ways to improve the construction time frame without cutting corners, at the end of the day we want you to have a safe & low maintenance home which means quality control is extremely important and may add some additional construction time compared to a standard new home build.
